Today We Discuss Leftist Crap For A Change

You know, it’s been some time since I pissed some people off. So today we’re going to examine this story about the University of Washington. Specifically about its Women’s Studies department. Specifically about the uproar that the new department chair is a –gasp!– man.

Large Furry Quadrupeds

Here are we are constantly watching for signs of the impending wars between the USA and Iran and Syria. Due to the troubles the neocons are having at home, however, it is my stated belief that Washington will intead project power toward Iran via its proxy, Israel. This right-leaning website offers an interesting tidbit of information regarding a recent presentation given by a representative of the Iranian government, claiming that Israel needs to be removed from the planet. The website claims, foolishly I think, that the Iranians are trying to foment a limited war with the USA, knowing full well that Persian resilience far outstrips the American will to wage war. While I officially think this is all drivel, strangr things have happened.

It’s Good To Be Brown

Just came back from watching my friend Anjali Patil dance in a spectacular Kathak performance at the Museum of Civilization. You know, it’s times like this when I’m really glad to be Indian. The clothes, the music, the dance, the food, the languages, the ethic, the history, the religions and the gorgeous, gorgeous women –man, it’s just so bloody cool.

I couldn’t take a photo of Anjali’s actual performance, so instead here’s a blurry pic of her at the after-party, courtesy of my trusty (but blurry) Treo 600:
