The Rogan Evolution

I’ve written about being a fan of comedian/athlete/commentator Joe Rogan in the past.  I mentioned that Rogan’s informed attitudes on libertarian thinking and the roles of both comedy and martial arts in society are very close to my own, though we do disagree on some key elements.

But that’s not what today’s post is about.  See, both Joe Rogan and yours truly will turn 45 this summer, 24 hours apart.  Joe is exactly one day older than me.  He’s also in fantastic shape, and thus serves as a bit of a physical role model for me, as my struggles with my physique and fitness level continue.  As a result, I’m a little fascinated by Joe Rogan’s physical evolution over the years.  Age can be a bitch, boys and girls.
