This is part 1 of 4 brief podcasts recorded on location in Guyana, all about development issues plaguing that country.  This one is 6 minutes long.  I apologize for the sound quality.  It was recorded on a pier over lake Capoey, and the sound of whipping wind is playing havoc with the microphone.
